Logging into Webmail
Your CLtel Internet service includes a free email address for your personal use, including eScout spam and virus filtering! Our webmail platform allows you to access your email anywhere you have Internet access.
- Identify your username.
- You will create an email username when you sign up for service.
- If you skipped this step when you signed up for service (or if you have misplaced your username), simply call 641-357-2111, and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
- Visit https://webmail.cltel.net to log in.
- You can also quickly access the webmail portal by visiting cltel.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and selecting “Webmail.”
- Enter your username and password.
That’s it! You now have access to your free CLtel email address. You can add additional accounts, increase your inbox storage capacity, and more by calling 641-357-2111.
Need to change your password? Simply visit https://custpanel.cltel.net and follow the prompts.
Setting Up Email on Mobile
Your CLtel Internet service includes a free email address for your personal use, including eScout spam and virus filtering! You can add your CLtel email account to your mobile device to use your email on the go.
- Identify your username.
- You will create an email username when you sign up for service.
- If you skipped this step when you signed up for service (or if you have misplaced your username), simply call 641-357-2111, and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
- Find the Email Settings menu on your mobile device, follow the steps specific to your particular device, and enter the following settings:
- Incoming Server: POP3/IMAP Server
- Server: pop3.cltel.net
- Port: Standard
- Login/Username format: user@cltel.net
- *TLS/SSL Recommended
- Outgoing Server: SMTP Server
- Server: smtp.cltel.net
- Port: 587
- Login/Username format: user@cltel.net
- *TLS/SSL Recommended
- Other Settings:
- Other Settings:
- IMAP Prefix: INBOX
- Unread emails: Depending on client configuration, previously read messages may show as unread.
- Incoming Server: POP3/IMAP Server
