Accessing Your Account
We take very seriously our responsibility to safeguard your privacy and keep your trust, in order to access your account information, you must:
- Verify your account name or number and your address
- (By phone) Provide correct answers to your CL Tel account security questions or CL Tel PIN OR answer a phone call from CL Tel Customer Service via the phone number on your account
- (In person) Provide a photo ID
Alternatively, you can access your account information 24/7 by creating an eBill account. See eBill section below for details.
Your First Month’s Bill
Please be aware that your first month’s bill may be significantly higher than your normal bill. We bill in advance, so depending on when your service is installed, your first bill may include nearly two months of payment obligation plus an installation charge. Please note that bills are due on the 15th of each month.
Paying Your Bill
Setting Up Automatic Payment
Simplify your life and cut down on check writing by enrolling in Auto Pay. There are two ways to sign up:
- Enroll Via eBill
- Log into your eBill account.
- Click “Auto Pay” under the “DASHBOARD” section on the left side of the screen.
- Select “New Credit Card” or “New Bank Account” and enter your payment information.
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards are accepted. - Click “Continue.”
- Review your information and the Terms and Conditions, select the check box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and select “Enroll in Auto Pay” to complete the enrollment process.
- Payment via credit card or bank account will now be automatically facilitated on the 15th of each month
- Enroll via Paper Form
- Complete this form CL-Tel-Automatic-Payment-Form.pdf, attach a voided check, and drop it off at our office or mail it to:

We accept cash, checks, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Automatic payment can be facilitated via credit card or bank account.

Pay Bill Online
Quickly and easily pay your bill online with our eBill platform.
- Log Into Your eBill Account
- Pay Your Bill
- Click “Pay Bill” on the left side of the screen under the “DASHBOARD” section.
- Select your Payment Amount and Payment Method and click “Continue.”
- Review your information and the Terms and Conditions, select the check box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and select “Submit Payment.”
- Your payment will now be processed.

- To save time and simplify your life, we encourage everyone to consider enrolling in Auto Pay. See the Setting Up Automatic Payment section for more information.

Paperless Billing & eBill
How to Go Paperless
With a few simple steps, you can save time and resources by receiving your monthly bill via email instead of by mail.
- Log Into Your eBill Account
- Opt Out of Paper Billing
- After logging into your eBill Account, click “Settings” under the “ACCOUNT” section on the left side of the screen.
- At the top of the screen, click on the “General” tab.
- In the “Invoice Preferences” section, select “Web bill only.”
- Click “Change Preference” to save your changes.
- That’s It!
- You will now receive your monthly bill via email instead of physical mail.

Our eBill system makes it fast and easy to pay your bill, sign up for Auto Pay and Paperless billing, view your account information, and more. To sign up for eBill, click here, click “Don’t have an account? Register here ->” and follow the on-screen prompts.
